This quiet, well fitted one bedroom BASEMENT STUDIO APARTMENT fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, kitchenette( stove, microwave,kettle, toaster, fridge) and internet. The place allows guests to be fully independent during their stay in Hobart. The Studio IS UP to the HILL ( MountStuart). At430 meters from North Hobart restaurants strip, buses, the State Theatre cinema, Chemist, the Post Office and pubs. 20 minutes walk down Elizabeth Street brings you to the centre of the city. The space The house is a beautiful old double brick building from the 1920's. Set in a good neighbourhood near to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The Studio is the LOWER LEVEL ( Basement ) of our three story house. To get in you have steps . There is always Free Parking on the Street. Guest access The Studio has a private entrance, you have STEPS on the way to get it, or you can get in also through the driveway. The guests can use our terrace with overlooking the garden and views to the city. Other things to note There is plenty free parking on the street. Do we have the laundry next door to the apartment you can use if you need it from Monday to Saturdays ( is a fee for use it ). we live directly above the Studio. we do try and ' tip toe ' while we have guets but you will probably hear our footsteps.
