The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood of Volos, it is 80 sq.m. It is comfortable with 2 bedrooms, it can accommodate 7 people and has all the necessary household equipment, (fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster) and free parking space. The space The apartment is a semi-basement of 80 sq.m. with large windows that let in a lot of light and it is a two-sided apartment. It's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and 2 nightstands and a 32-inch TV and a bedroom with a single bed and an armchair that becomes a child's bed. In the second bedroom there is a front door leading to a closed & secure courtyard. There you can enjoy your breakfast, but also smoke. The living room has 2 sofas that convert into beds, a 32-inch TV, a table, a laptop desk and a fan. The kitchen communicates with the living room and is fully equipped with many electrical appliances such as: electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, milkshake maker, juicer. The utensils are at your disposal for cooking (frying pan, pans, pots, dishes, glasses, mugs...) and there is also a vacuum cleaner, electric iron, ironing board, washing machine and cleaning supplies. The bathroom has a bathtub, always hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, first aid kit and toiletries. The apartment has central heating with radiator and oil burner Also a solar water heater. It is suitable for 3 couples, families with children, groups of 6 people but also for business trips. Area: The apartment is located one road through the main road of Cyprus and there is easy access to both the ring road to the villages of Pelion which are 20 minutes away and the center of Volos which is 15-20 minutes away on foot. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, ideal for families with children. There is parking space for your car near the house in two places, a taxi stand, and a bus stop and sports areas with basketball and tennis courts as well as all kinds of shops such as a bakery, butcher shop, cafeteria, supermarket, pharmacy and taverns. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, tourist attractions, shops (bars, restaurants, cinemas) and the famous tsipouradika of Volos with fresh fish, a variety of seafood and tsipouro by the sea. Pans, pots, and dishes, cups are also at your disposal and everything you need to cook whatever you wish. There is also an iron, vacuum cleaner, drying, ironing board, washing machine and household cleaning. The bathroom has a bathtub, always hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, first aid kit and personal skin care products. The apartment has a central heating system. AREAS: The apartment is located a way through the central (Cyprus) and there is easy access to the villages of Pelion all within 20 minutes and the center of the city that is 10 minutes. Only a few minutes walk to the center of Volos, tourist attractions, shops (best bars, clubs, restaurants, cinema) and the famous "Tsipouradiko" (Typical Volos Tavernas) with fresh fish, variety of seafood and "tsipouro" next to the sea. You can also visit Thessaloniki in just 2 hours. Of course the Sporades complex of Islands Skiathos, Skopelos and Alonissos is reachable by ferry boats. Trikeri Island is 40 minutes away. Most of the beaches in the Pagasitic Gulf are of the most beautiful in Greece combined with nature.
