We only advertise and book through AirBnB and VRBO** This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom unit is situated on the ground floor of a freestanding building three-story building. This privately-owned complex consists of two freestanding buildings with three units on the whole property. This is the front, grond floor unit directly on the beach with a large deck steps from the sand with views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The garage is on the first floor of the street side building. The home has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, one off of the hallway of bedroom one, one off of the bedroom with the queen bed and gulf views. There is a beach area in front of the building to enjoy. The private beach access leads you to the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We provide beach chairs with cart, towels, wagon and games. Pets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No cats, please, as I am allergic. There will be a $300 security deposit and a $50/night fee that will be added to the nightly rate if a pet is included in the rental. Guest access Guests have access to one parking space in the garage and one tandem space on the driveway. In addition to the home, guests will have direct access to the beach via beach path. Other things to note This is the ground floor unit of a three story building, there are no steps to get into the unit or once you are in the unit. Everything is on one level, with the beautiful sand just steps away.
