Our lovely cottage is the ideal location for a peaceful and relaxing stay, and as a base for exploring the surrounding area. It is a very bright, airy, modern and spacious accommodation. Local shops, beach and restaurants within a 5 minute drive! The space Ground floor: Living room with woodburning stove and French doors leading out to a private and enclosed garden. Ideal for small children and dogs. Kitchen/dining area, shower room with WC, utility room with appliances and small study which can be converted to a child bedroom. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, WC, bath with shower over. Open plan seating area. Outside: Enclosed garden with seating area and sea views. Ample parking. The property further benefits from underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs. Guest access Guest have use of the entire cottage and private garden area, plus parking. A key-safe is at the back door of the property for guest access. Other things to note We will have the place comfortable and clean for your arrival and will also provide you with enough wood for a typical stay. Only well behaved pets please and kept under control. We politely request pets are kept to the ground floor - a stair gate is fitted to make this easier. Please note, pets should be added to the booking form.
