(A/SZA) Central apartment with balkony

ATTENTION! on the days of 01/11/2025, 24-25 and 31/12/2025, and 01/01/2026 i can not manage arrivals on that days. If you would arrive in that days PLEASE DO NOT make booking with me. Elegant and modern style with own bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The building from the early 20th century in Art Deko stile. It is mean functional architecture stile. (20 m2 room, 4 m2 kitchen, 4 m2 bathroom + balkony) TV with 126 channel, fast internet, free WIFI are available. No. 100E Airport-City bus is just few steps from the apartment. Public transport: at the Deak square M1, M2, M3 metro lines , tram and bus stops are just few steps too. Very easy to reach from bus and tram stations too. The location is perfect for holiday, it is in the middle of Budapest, the main metro cross ( Deák sq. ) is just 2 minutes walk. The St. Stephen Basilica and the Synagogue are just a few minutes walk only. There are lots of bars, restaurant nearby, also supermarkets (24 hours as well). Most sights are within walking distance too. Available: coffee, tea, salt, pepper, some spices, dishwashers, new dishwashing sponges and cloths, kitchen towels, toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo (NO cooking oil and washing machine detergent) Sheet, quilt cover, enough towels for every person, extra blankets. Air condition use is for extra cost! It is optional for 5€/day. (It is not include in the price of Airbnb!!!) You can ask this service at arrival time (or later as well) and pay in cash. The A/C is available to cool only. There is washing machine in the apartment (but detergent is not provided). Central heating is include in the price. Heating season: from 15th of October till 15th of April Bed sizes: 160x200cm (5x6 ft) double bed Check-in: From 1 pm any time (in the night till 1 am) by prior arrangement. Luggage drop and key pick up possible from 11 am. From 1 pm to 1 am FREE. From 1 am to 2 am: 10 € late check-in fee (in case flight delay too) must be payed in cash at arrival or by Airbnb money send system. From 2 am to 3 am: 10 € late check-in fee (in case flight delay too) After 3 am (prior agreement is required only) for 30€ late check-in fee (in case flight delay too). The late check-in fee must be payed in cash or by Airbnb money send system at arrival. By the booking, you accept the payment terms for late check-in. Check-out: till 11am. Luggage store in the apartment available for request. Late check-out and luggage store are available in case no new guest or the cleaning time can be flexible. !!! Capacity of the apartment: 2 adults or 1 adult+ kids or baby Please do not make booking if you are more than 2 together (include kids and baby). Kids and babies can have discount till 6 years old. Please note that i can not accept bookings with arrival or departure of the next days: 1st of November,24th-25th of December, 31st of December, 1st of January I am sorry those days i can not manage guest's arrival and departure. (check-in and check-out). If you will leave or arrive to the apartment in those days PLEASE do not make booking with me. (Only for arrival and to departures are not allowed. If you arrive before or after those days it is no problem.) Thank you for your understanding! Guest access You can use the all part of this apartment. This is not shared apartment. No more guests. Only you and your travel partner/s will stay there. The price includes sheets, bed linen, towels. From now on, all guests' personal documents must be scanned upon arrival (EU citizens: identity card or passport, NON EU citizens: passport only). The hotel must register the guest's document on the day of arrival. The scanned document must be sent to the hotel electronically in encrypted form to the tourist office. The data controller of the documents is the tourist office. Scanning documents is a prerequisite for logging in. The document should be scanned from everyone, including children. As all this imposes an additional administrative burden on the hosts, we will charge a separate fee in case not all guests arrive at the same time. If guests arrive at different times, only the first guest will be registered for free. There is a convenience fee for each additional check-in date. By booking, you agree to pay an extra check-in fee if you do not arrive at the same time as your fellow travelers. There is a surcharge of EUR 10 for each additional check-in. The additional fee must be paid via the Airbnb system at the request of the host. More people can check in at extra check-in time too, but only need to pay € 10 once. Registration Details MA19014278
