This spacious and cozy apartment of 115m2 is located in the beautiful city of Benalmadena, in the Residencial Don Joaquin, less than 1 km from the famous and beautiful Puerto Marina. We hope that in our apartment thanks to its spaciousness, its terrace, its swimming pool in Summer and its proximity to the beach (only 15 min walk) you will enjoy a perfect vacation. The space As you can see in the photos, our beautiful apartment is divided into: -A living room with sofa, Smart TV and dining table. -A kitchen equipped and located in an independent space. It has a window with a bar that communicates it with the living-dining room. On the other hand, the sleeping area is organized in 2 bedrooms distributed as follows: * A first bedroom with 2 single beds. With direct access to the terrace. * A second bedroom with 2 single beds. In addition, it has 2 bathrooms. One of them is equipped with bathtub and the other one with shower. Also to emphasize that our apartment also has a nice furnished terrace ideal for breakfasts, meals, etc... or simply to rest or to take the fresh air. A terrace with beautiful views of the city skyline and the sea, from which you can also see: - on the right side the mountains - on the left side the typical Andalusian white houses. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has a hot and cold air conditioning system (heating is therefore by air), through a duct system. It is controlled by a single thermostat. In addition, we leave at your disposal 2 portable fans. The TV is 43" and has international channels (via satellite). If you arrive by car, you will have access to a parking space in an underground parking lot. The community pool is open only in summer (June-October, may vary), from 11h to 21h. For 2024, it is open until August included. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that you will have to pick the keys for check-in at an establishment less than 15 minutes away from the apartment.
