We've created a relaxed and comfy space that's pet friendly and perfect for couples, small families, or a few friends. Short walk to the beach for a surf, or into Middleton for supplies at the IGA, a coffee at Pippi, wax from the surf shop or a meal at the Pub. The space Surf Mist is a 2 bedroom beach shack. One queen size bedroom and one bedroom with a bunk and 1 single bed. Freshly renovated bathroom, open plan kitchen and lounge area. Big fully fenced backyard with plenty of grass for kids to kick the footy and dogs to run around. Concrete driveway for cricket and skating. A central, wind protected courtyard/bbq area with gas Weber Q barbecue. The front verandah has comfy cane furniture, great for a sundowner or a coffee in the morning while you listen to the native birds in the trees. Guest access You'll have access to the entire property, however the back part of the house is private and will be locked and unaccessible to guests. You will have access to front and back yards, middle courtyard etc. Just not the Garage and back half of the house. Other things to note We are pet friendly. 🐕 We do not have Wifi, we hot spot off our phones when we want to watch tv/movies.
