Tranquil country gîte by the vines

Our cosy gîte is a comfortable & relaxing place and a great base to discover the Loir Valley and the Loire Valley with all the chateaux associated with it. La Petite Grange sits in-between Tours and Le Mans; perfect for exploring the region. With La Chartre-sur-le-Loir just next door, known for it's connection with the Le Mans 24 hour events, there are ample bars and restaurants close by. Above all else, what our guests enjoy most is the tranquility of the calm countryside surrounding us. The space Well behaved dogs are welcome for a 30€ supplement. Located in a small, quiet hamlet La Petite Grange is the ideal gite to come and relax in. It is on the doorstep of the small villages of Lhomme - the capital of the Jasnieres wine - and La Chartre-sur-le-Loir - famous for its connections with the Le Mans 24 Hour race. The house itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay and the enclosed garden means that you can enjoy the patio and garden in absolute peace. Guest access The gîte is a detached cottage and is completely private within it's enclosed garden. There is a double room and a twin room and there is also a sofa bed in the lounge if required. There is a shower room with wc on the first floor. A fully equipped kitchen and a lounge with tv, dvd, stereo, dining table are on the ground floor. The gîte is in private grounds with parking, lawn, and a patio with garden furniture, bbq etc. For our younger guests there's a high chair, baby bath, step and plastic plates, bowls and cutlery, toys, books, dvd, playhouse and outdoor games readily available. Other things to note During the high season we prefer to rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Please contact us for more information if this is not convenient for you. We do not hike up our prices during specific dates linked to events on the Le Mans racing circuit. Please contact us for further details. The gîte is officially approved and rated 3 stars by the French Tourist Board. Electricity is included in the fee, except the recharging of electric cars which would incur extra cost if needs be.
