Alfama - Beco do Belo Studio

Hi, I'm renting a small fully furnished studio in a renovated historical building, located in the old heart of Lisbon, in the Alfama neighborhood and facing the river Tagus. The public area around Santa Apolónia has been under renovations for several months, so it's possible you'll hear some construction noise during the day. Please bear this in mind when booking. The space The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful renovated building, and it has all the comforts you need to have a great time in a neighborhood where you can really experience the old Portuguese way of living. The studio has a double bed (200cmX140cm) equipped with a very good mattress. The studio has 3 windows, 2 of which face the river Tagus, so it has lots and lots of that special Lisbon sunlight, is quiet and also suitable for working (during the next few months it might not be as quiet as usual, during the day, due to the renovation works in the public square, please bear this in mind). Guest access The flat is really compact but has everything you may need for an excellent stay in this incredible neighborhood. There is a fully equipped kitchen (including a fridge, a microwave/grill and a washing machine), a small safe where you can store your valuable items, like laptops or cameras, while you go out, and of course there is free wi-fi internet. Other things to note The building doesn’t have an elevator. It is on a second floor with steep stairs. Please beware of this if you have mobility problems or lots of luggage. The apartment is equipped with a 50 litre electric water heater. This flat is officially registered on Turismo de Portugal IP, with the number 579/AL.
