Villa Capela is a Surf/Digital Nomads/family house fully equiped and prepared for groups up to 9 people in a safe and quiet neighbourhood (5min Beach/20min Lisbon) 4 desks/office chairs, 4 hdmi monitors& 100mo fiber wifi are provided in the bedrooms for the digital nomads looking for productive holidays/chill time. Our favorite place in the house is the patio area ideal to spend quality time with friends, while protected by a generous pin tree providing shades and intimacy during the sunny days. The space The house has 2 floors. The ground floors has the kitchen overlooking the swimming pool, the living room, a traditional entry hall and a bathroom. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms (double-beds) and a bathroom. The attic (2nd floor) is a big room with beds, sofa, TV and a desk, idea for a couple with kids. The house has a private swimming pool with a little garden (swimming area) and a big patio with a bbq area (a patio area). The 2 areas are sperated by a little gate for more security when travelling with young kids. Lots of parking spaces in front the house/in patio. Other things to note Even if some public transport are available, I highly recommend to have a car to fully enjoy your stay. The beaches and shopping places are nearby but still easier to reach by car. Please be aware that the house is quite humid and cold during the winter/rainy season (as most of the houses near the ocean) and does not have central heating. We have some bed heaters for the beds in the attic room and many people slept there during the winter but please be aware that this room in particular doesn't have AC and could be particularly cold and humid. The other rooms have AC with heater mode. Please note that the swimming pool is not heated. Registration Details 104872/AL
