Seaside VIP Apartment (100m2) was designed with love, passion & accuracy from the owners who live most of the time abroad. It is located in a new building, directly by the sea (less than 2 minute to the beach), at the main pedestrian walk of Saranda & offers the best city's panoramic view. From the big veranda you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Ionian sea. Be pleased by every moment of the day under the summer breeze & the sunset, with a full sea sight & sleep under the sound of sea waves. The space Seaside VIP Apartment is located very central which means very close to the old Saranda's center (200m), at the new touristic center and less than 2 minutes to the beach by foot. The view offered from the big veranda with half circle design is simply breathtaking and can't be described in words. Every room has a sea view. The beach is accessible to everyone without fees, there are private sunbeds and umbrellas, however you can take yours private one and put them between the one offered without any problem. Under the building you can find everything that you need (supermarkets, bakery, coffees, restaurants, bars ecc). With closed windows you don't hear any sound and after 00:00 a clock (12:00 a.m) there is silence from the sorrounding bars. If you plan to have holidays without a car or you are a family with children, Seaside Vip Apartment is the ideal place since it offeres you all that you need during your holidays. The sandy beach under the apartment with blue crystal water is very clean which make it ideal for every age, from kids to elderly people. The WiFi and the big flat screen TV (50") with satellite provides you the possibility to stay up to date with the latest news and keep in touch with family, friends and colleagues during the holidays. A washing machine is provided to make your holidays more comfortable and to save time if you are a family with kids. A big brand new A/C is placed, however it is used only a few times since the sea breeze is enough to prevent the hot summer days. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the utilities and there are a big fridge and microwave oven also. The king size bed (160x200cm) and the two big single beds with small double size (120x200cm) are both very comfortable. On behalf portable bed and baby bed are also provided. The beddings and towels are 100% cotton and the mattresses antiallergic. The Seaside Vip Apartment doesn't have any lift or room accessible to disabled persons. Guest access You will access the apartment via a private entrance allowing you to come and go as you please. There are wide well-lighted stairs, there is no lift.
