Our private apartment has a bedroom, living room with open kitchen, balcony and internal bathroom with shower tub. In the house complex there is a swimming pool, sauna, small gym and laundry room available free of charge. A private parking space as well as bicycle parking spaces can also be used. The quiet beach is about 200 away. The tourist tax will be charged separately in advance. The space You can enjoy a relaxing time on approx. 55 m². Bright, large windows with balcony access open the view to the evergreen pine forest. The living - dining area with open kitchen is the center of the apartment. Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator (including a small freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster, stove, dishwasher, kettle and all necessary equipment. The cozy couch can quickly be converted into a comfortable sleeping option with an extra topper. On cold days, a comfortable underfloor heating system warms you. Free Wi-Fi, TV and radio are also provided. Adjacent is the cozy bedroom to relax and sleep. There is a large box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200. ••Sheets and towels can'T be rented at the moment. •• The windows, which are also floor-to-ceiling, are equipped with insect screens and room darkening curtains in the bedroom. The bathroom with a shower tub and large mirror is equipped with a hairdryer and heated towel rail. However, there is no possibility to swim. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor in a larger house, with private access via the normal main entrance. Key handover possible by key box after telephone arrangement. Other things to note We are a young family and rent our apartment whenever we are not there ourselves. We therefore appreciate telephone contact before arrival to discuss questions and requests. We offer our guests a clean and well-maintained apartment with the possibility of an extra bed for a child and toddlers. This is an animal-free non-smoking apartment. Due to allergies, we are unable to make any exceptions. We want our guests to treat our property responsibly and with care. If anything is broken or there are any issues, please contact us promptly. We will request the tourist tax separately via the portal after booking confirmation and data exchange and will also send it digitally on request. The washing machines and dryers are in the basement.
