Beautiful 3-bedroom family home in the most vibrant and green part of East London. Less than 1 min walk to London Fields park and Broadway market with all its open air cafes and artisan bakeries. The space A wonderfully spacious, bright and newly renovated family home with a garden, tucked away in a quiet street in one of London's most exciting areas! You'll wake up from the birds singing in the garden and will be just 1 minute away from London Fields park with its amazing heated open air swimming pool, 2 mins walk to Broadway market and its fantastic restaurants, and within a short walking distance to all the bars and galleries of Shoreditch and Dalston, Spitalfields market and a vibrant arts and restaurant scene of East London. We rent out the house only when we go away on holidays, so this is not your typical rental, but a very loved home. We have recently refurbished the whole house, so you'll have a brand new kitchen, a huge master bedroom with en-suite black marble bathroom and everything else at your disposal. The house is located over three floors with a large open plan living/dining room, three bathrooms and three bedrooms upstairs. There are two double beds plus a full-sized bunk bed in the kids room. Washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking and serving utensils. There's also an electric BBQ in the garden for those great summer nights! The bathroom on the first floor is really spacious, with both a traditional roll-top bath and a walk-in shower. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom is brand new and will make you feel like you're in a spa!) Great for families wanting to experience the best of London, but also wishing to have a comfortable stay in a spacious and quiet house. And it's just lovely to be waking up to birds singing! Guest access The guests are welcome to enjoy the whole house and the garden. One of the bedrooms (4th bedroom) will be locked to store our personal things (mostly fragile musical instruments).
