My room is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable stay, for work or leisure. The value is excellent given the location moments from shops, St. John’s Wood tube station, and only a 10-minute train ride into central London zone 1. For stays longer than two weeks, bookings are accepted only for one guest. Please note the room does not have a lock on the door, but there is a small safe in the closet that fits passports or jewellery. We’ve never had any issues with theft or loss of belongings. The space The apartment has a shared shower room (no bath) and two toilets: the main with toilet, wash basin and shower, and a second with toilet and wash basin. Please note: both toilets are SHARED, the room does not have a private toilet or en suite. I provide two towels for your entire stay, with fresh ones offered if you stay longer than seven days. For longer stays, I kindly ask guests to help with daily cleaning of the flat. I don’t charge a cleaning fee, which keeps the overall cost lower. The flat is clean and modest—a genuine living space, unlike some listings that look stylish but aren’t maintained. You’ll be sharing with two other Airbnb guests, as the apartment has three bedrooms. Rooms have no individual locks; however, this room has a small safe in the closet for passports or jewellery. It’s a rule that nobody can enter your room, and only authorised guests are allowed. Your room accommodates up to 2 people for stays of two weeks, or 1 person if longer. Guest access Keys and key fob provided. Entrance at Allitsen Rd. Access to the entire flat.
