Old Dunsborough Family/pet friendly with spa

Welcome to our family style holiday home in old Dunsborough. Please note due to our suburban location we have noise restrictions & are therefore not suitable for non family groups (singles) or loud parties. The house is single storey, 5 bedroom, with air conditioning & wood fire. Within easy walking distance to the beautiful Dunsborough Bay & to all the shops/restaurants located in the town centre. We have a secure backyard for children and/or a dog (maximum number 2 dogs). Linen is provided. The space Property Includes: • Large undercover outdoor patio with BBQ • Outdoor setting - seats 12 • Outdoor spa - above ground and seats 8 • Wood fire in large open family, dining (seats 12) and kitchen area • 1 Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom • 2 Double bedrooms • 1 Twin bedroom • 1 Twin double bunk bedroom (sleeps 4) • Second bathroom with 2 hand basins • Second toilet off Laundry area • Games room with pool table • Reading annex/play room • Second fridge in laundry • Lounge room with second TV and small dining (seats 6) Guest access There is parking for 3 - 4 cars and an extra paved section for a small boat. Please note: No more than 4 vehicles are allowed on the property. This is a Shire of Busselton rental house requirement. Other things to note The Shire of Busselton now stipulates dogs can not be left unattended on the property due to noise issues. We have provided lists of dog friendly vineyards and activities in the Information Folder found in the kitchen. Arrival time is after 2pm. Departure is required by 10am.
