Located on Praia Preta in the center of São Sebastião, our house is on the seashore of a small beach and about 10 to 20 minutes from Guaecá, Ilhabela, Maresias, among others nearby. It is the perfect place for those looking for a cozy, airy and super well-positioned house, 5 minutes from the historic center of São Sebastião. The space Composed of 4 bedrooms (3 complete en-suites and another bedroom in the attic), a kitchen, living room and an outdoor area, it is the ideal place to accommodate up to 10 people with tranquility and comfort. All rooms feature single or full beds, bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels. In the kitchen, we have a refrigerator, stove, water filter and all the necessary cooking utensils. We provide basic hygiene and cleaning items, providing comfort and convenience to our guests during their stay. Guest access The Black Beach in the center is on an avenue that can be quite busy on weekends and holidays due to easy access to other beaches in the region. There, the sea is very calm and you can find some boats that go out for tours during the day, as in the case of the trip to Bonete.
