City centre home with parking, close to Goodwood

Beautiful 3 bedroom Edwardian home, in the city centre of Chichester. Prime location for Goodwood events, close to a beautiful beach and South Downs. The space Our family home is an Edwardian house with a recently extended living space, making it a great place to enjoy, we are situated in central Chichester, but we live on a quiet relaxing street. Ground Floor - We have a snug sitting room, with a log fire, making it cosy for those cool evenings. The open plan kitchen, dining area has been recently put in with all modern amenities available to use. A large dining table that fits up to 8 easily, looking out onto a west facing garden, which is a real sun trap, perfect for BBQ’s or pizza oven. There is also a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and a cloak room. Middle Floor - This has 2 double bedrooms, with space available to hang or fold clothes. A family bathroom with a shower and bath combined, and a separate shower room. Towels will be provided. Topfloor - this has the smaller of our double rooms (you can’t get to both sides of the bed see photo) and space to hang clothes. As this is a family home, with young children, there are many items we can provide you with if you require, eg games, football table, sports equipment. Please enquire if you would like to use these. You will also have access to all Sky sports and Netflix, we wish to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Other things to note This is our home, with 3 boys therefore you can expect natural wear and tear! It’s not an immaculate house and we hope that you understand and respect this.
