Villa Mama Mica is located in a quiet part of the island of Vir, in Lozice, only 300 meters from the sea. The villa contains 4 apartments, which is ideal for families and friends who want to spend a vacation together while maintaining their privacy. Our modernly equipped apartments provide everything you need for a relaxing and carefree stay. Enjoy the sun, the sea and the beauty of the island, while Villa Mama Mica provides you with comfort and a warm atmosphere for a perfect vacation. The space The price listed applies to all 4 apartments, i.e. for a maximum of 16 people. If a smaller number of guests arrive, for example, less than 12 people, it is possible to book only 3 apartments, whereby the price is adjusted. It is important to note that the flexibility of the accommodation is tailored to your number of guests. Villa Mama Mica offers four fully equipped apartments, each with its own terrace for relaxation and socializing. Apartment 1 (first floor): Spacious living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), separate bedroom with double bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Large terrace with a rest area. Apartment 2 (second floor): Two bedrooms with double beds, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Terrace with sea view and rest area. Apartment 3 (ground floor): Living room with sofa bed (for 2 people), bedroom with double bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace with rest area. Apartment 4 (first floor): Bedroom with double bed, living room that can be converted into another bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace with rest area. All apartments are modernly equipped and include: Smart TV with Netflix access, Starlink internet, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge with freezer and kettle. Guests also have access to a large fenced yard with seating, sunbathing and barbecue area, ideal for socializing and enjoying the outdoors. Guest access The following rooms are available to guests: Apartments: Four fully equipped apartments, each with its own terrace for relaxing and socializing. Yard: Large fenced yard with seating, sunbathing and barbecue area. Terraces: Each apartment has its own terrace with a seating and resting area. Kitchens: Fully equipped kitchens in each apartment with basic utensils, microwave, stove, fridge-freezer and kettle. Living rooms: Spacious living rooms in each apartment, some with a sofa bed. Bedrooms: Comfortable bedrooms with double beds. Bathrooms: Bathrooms with shower in each apartment. All rooms are designed to provide guests with maximum comfort and privacy. Other things to note • Check-in to the apartment is possible from 2:00 p.m. and check-out no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. •We have provided parking for your car at no additional cost, one car per apartment. • Tourist tax is included in the price of the stay. • Although tap water is not drinkable, it is completely safe for cooking. A water dispenser is available, with large 15L bottles that you can request on the ground floor of the villa for an additional fee. •For lovers of fresh pastries and other delicacies, the bakery is only 30 meters from the apartment. • The main beach of Biskupljača, which is sandy and only 300 meters away from the apartment, is an ideal place to relax by the sea. •Next to the beach is the Marinero beach bar, perfect for enjoying a cold drink and morning coffee, and a small shop for all your needs. • Apart from the main beach, you will discover numerous hidden coves and beaches of various types in the area, perfect for exploring and enjoying the untouched nature.
