The large garden and deck lounge, incl. an outdoor BBQ, offer a panoramic view of the sea. The house is a few mins walk to several other beaches and natural swimming pools. 160sqm, 2 floors, 3 available bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Note that we only accept resevations from guests with verified ID. The space A modern spacious and elegantly designed house, perfectly located across from the sea, offering a relaxing environment in the beautiful Peloponnese. Guest access The entire house is accessible to guests, with the exception of the master bedroom located on the upper floor which will be locked. There is a separate unit in the backside, which can host up to 2-4 persons, which is not included in this booking but can be booked separately. The studio can host other guests during the period. Please see our other listing or send us a request. Other things to note The master bedroom on the second floor (which is our personal bedroom) will be locked and not available. There are three other bedrooms available to guests. One bedroom with a double bed on the ground floor, and a second identical bedroom on the upper floor, and two bathrooms, one on each floor. There is also a small study with a futon double bedsofa and a work space /desk on the second floor. There is also one single futon bed sofa available. Please not there is an extra fee for additional guest exceeding 6. All three bedrooms have air-conditioning. There is good draught if you leave the windows open; you've got sea on the front side and the mountain on the backside of the house. On the ground floor, there is a strong air-conditioning in the living room. There is a separate unit in the backside can host 2-4 persons, which may be occupied by other guests.
