Bright and spacious 2-bedroom spotless apartment perfectly located in Valencia HIstoric Center, in a quiet and elegant neighborhood just 3-minute walk from A Guimera Metro station—the city’s main public transport hub. Thoughtfully decorated with great taste and attention to detail, this apartment offers all modern comforts, elevator, air con and heating, dishwasher, high-speed fiber optic WiFi, and two full bathrooms. Everything a couple or family needs for a comfortable stay in Valencia The space My home is located on a 3rd floor with elevator. It can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a lounge and dining area with a small street facing balcony, a fully-equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms (one of them en suite) and two bedrooms. The bright and spacious lounge (one of the gems of my home, featuring high ceilings with wooden beams) is an airy and tranquil space. It features a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat screen TV and a huge and comfy 4-seater sofa. This is the ideal place to lounge after a long day out sightseeing. This area has tons of natural daylight, and opens to a small street-facing balcony, featuring a small table and two chairs. The balcony is the ideal space for reading, or relaxing al fresco (possible nearly all year round). In the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: dishwasher, kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery and doing laundry, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. There are two full bathrooms (one of them is “en suite”), featuring a standing shower each. Bath amenities like shower gel / shampoo and hairdryer are provided. In the master bedroom there is a comfy king-sized bed (150x190 cm) to ensure a good night's rest, and a closet with enough room for clothes and luggage. A second bedroom features a day bed which can turn into a king size bed (two 80x190 cm singles). Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also provided. The High-Speed WIFI Internet connection (50 MB Fibre Optic Broadband) will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. The apartment is also provided with air conditioning / heating system. Other things to note For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house. The tenant would pay the difference in case of exceeding this limit.
