The space The property is located within Sitio H. Bernardi in a valley surrounded by hills, woods, pastures and easy access with asphalt to the entrance of the site. Its location is strategic for those who want to explore nearby cities such as Socorro, Monte Sião and Serra Negra. Rustic standard house with 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We offer all bed, table and bath linens. We have a barbecue with an outdoor area and a beautiful fire pit on the lakeside. We have a living room with a very cozy fireplace and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils. The property has 2 lakes for sport fishing. The larger lake is also suitable for swimming. We would like to warn you that the main lake is not fenced, so we ask that you take the necessary precautions for the safety of children. The lake area is shared with other guests and we also have a caretaker and other workers circulating around the site and available if you need help. Guest access Guests can walk around the site, always taking care with cattle, wild animals, venomous creatures and insects. Other things to note The property is used for livestock, so it is important to take due care with access to pastures and fenced areas where we have cattle. Access to the smaller lake is restricted due to the presence of animals. Please contact the host before accessing/using the area.
