Located on a quiet street in the artisan heart of the Oltrarno, the apartment (75 sqm) sits on the 3rd floor of a classic Florentine building. Its elevated position ensures a peaceful, quiet atmosphere, a rare find in the historic center. The Layout: Sleeping: Two generous bedrooms featuring high-quality linens. A master suite with a queen bed and a flexible second bedroom with two twin beds. Living: A dedicated lounge with a Smart TV (Netflix/Prime) and a separate, sun-drenched dining room. Kitchen: Fully equipped for family meals with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and kettle. Climate: Total comfort with three independent Mitsubishi A/C units (one in each bedroom and one in the dining area). Location & ZTL Access: Situated at the edge of the ZTL, the apartment offers a truly local lifestyle. By Car: Access is restricted during the day but permitted daily from 8 PM to 7 AM (on Saturdays starting from 4 PM and on Sundays all day). Parking: For stress-free arrival, we recommend using one of the nearby private garages, which provide ZTL permits upon entry. Guest access The entire apartment is yours for your total disposal during your stay. We are happy to welcome small-size pets! Please just let us know in advance if you are traveling with your furry friend. To ensure a fresh and healthy atmosphere for all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Other things to note As is common in many historic Florentine buildings, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible only by stairs (45 steps).
