Cozy Room in Tuscany countryside

We have created a cozy and exclusive, that welcomes a maximum of 10 guests, where you can find a feeling of tranquility and freedom. The Micia room of 30 square meters is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance and can accommodate 2 people. The room has a private bath, microwave, frigobar, express coffee machine and tea kettle. ATTENTION, there is no stove for cooking! Outside, the room's private gazebo overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The space The swimming pool, garden, barbecue and laundry are for common use. Guest access The parking is accessible via a remote controlled gate, you will receive the remote control at check-in. Other things to note The minimum age to stay is 12 years. BED LINEN & TOWELS A first set of bath towels and bed linen in white cotton are included, we have also joined the environmental sustainability program, so the towels will be changed after the third night and the sheets after 7 nights for free, or on request at a cost of € 2, 00 each piece. DAILY CLEANING Final cleaning is included but we kindly ask you to leave the apartment tidy and clean.
