Bright & cheerful home near uni/hospital

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING! 1. You must like dogs to stay here. My rescue dog is highly anxious & only adults experienced with dogs can stay. As long as you like dogs, they will love you. 2. Checkin from 6pm & no later than 8pm. Due to health issues, I only have a 2h check in window. No early checkins & strictly no bag drop offs. 3. If you have an interest in Craniosacral therapy please ask me about it, sessions available (see photos). The space This is a lovely, albeit older, home, full of colour and character with a big front and back deck to laze around on. The main bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and a closet with hangers. It's also where I keep all my books, so you won't be short of reading material... the smaller bedroom has a single bed as well as a large work desk and closet with hangers. Please also note that I work f/t, and this is my home with my dogs, not a serviced holiday apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the living area, back deck and fully fenced yard, kitchen with tea and coffee and all the basics, and of course the shared bathroom (shower and bath). During your stay I work nearby and will be in and out a lot of the time. I am happy to help you find your way around and recommend places to see. Other things to note I do have two dogs who like to get up close and personal. They are both rescues so they lap up attention and affection! The little guy is unfortunately not good with children, so I cannot accept any bookings with kids.
