Beach House

Our "shack" was built in 2017 for rental accommodation, but also for our holiday use. It has absolute water frontage, with amazing 200 degree views over Frederick Henry Bay, and, with less than a minutes walk to a clean, safe, swimming beach, is the ideal retreat. The shack is only 35 mins from Hobart on the way to the Tasman Peninsular, Port Arthur and Dunalley, perfectly situated for exploring Southeast Tas. The space This house is comprised of three separate buildings. A guest pod, a living area with kitchen, and the owners bedroom pod. The guest pod has two bedrooms, a bathroom with a separate toilet and a laundry. One of the bedrooms has a bunk in it. In the living area there is also a day bed by the window big enough to be a single bed for a fifth adult. There is also an external toilet. Guest access Guests will have access to the guest pod, living area, kitchen and spa pool. If required, for larger parties, guests can use the main bedroom and bathroom as well. Simply discuss at time of booking. Other things to note There is a small shopping centre 10-15 mins away at Dodges Ferry, or a local shop and service station at Dunalley, 10 mins .
