We are located right in the center and as we are locals we are happy to provide you with tips and tricks for an unique stay... The space Welcome again! We are located right in the center so it will be easy for you to walk almost everywhere. To the Accademia bridge it is 5min, San Marco 10min, Rialto 10min and la Fenice 8min by feet. If you are tired of walking we have the station San Samuele in 1min walking distance and from there you can take the "linea 2" which is one of the main lines up and down the Canale Grande. The house in which Casanova was born is right at the angle and we are very happy to provide you with a lot of extra infomation to make your stay as unique and comfortable as possible. We are happy to meeting you! Guest access How to arrive at Beautyful Venice? If you arriving in MARCO POLO AIRPORT: Take the boatline "Alilaguna" and get off the station "Sant Angelo". Alilaguna is the only boat which will brings you into the city (or you take a Taxi which is about 120€). I will be waiting for you at Sant Angelo station with the keys and bring you to the apartment (5 minutes walk). Price: Its changing a lot but normally its around 14€ for one way and 28€ for return. Time: It will take about one houre to arrive in "Sant Angelo" as the boat goes really slow. If you arriving at TREVISO AIRPORT: Take one of the busses waiting for you when you step out of the Airport and get off the station "Piazziale Roma" (its where most people get off). From "Piazziale Roma" take the Vaporetto (ferryboat) "linea 2" and get of the station "San Samuele". Make sure you are taking the boat in the right direction. Like this you safe time and have a beautyful way to go as the boat is going down the "Canale Grande". I will be waiting for you at San Samuele station with the keys and bring you to the apartment (2 minutes walk). Price: It depends which bus you take but normally its about 12€. If you take the public bus you can often use your ticket also for the ferryboat (Vaporetto). Otherwise you will need to buy a different ticket for the boat. The prices here dependeíng on how you want to explore the city during your stay. If you are planning to take the Vaporetto more often to go around you could directly buy a one-,two-, or three day ticket. Time: From the airport to the station "Piazziale Roma" it will take about 35 minutes. From the station "Piazziale Roma" to the station "San Samuele" (linea 2) it will take around 25 minutes. If you arrive in SANTA LUCIA TRAIN STATION Take the Vaporetto (ferryboat) "linea 2" and get of the station "San Samuele". Make sure you are taking the boat in the right direction. Like this you safe time and have a beautyful way to go as the boat is going down the "Canale Grande". Price: The price is depending on how you want to explore the city during your stay. If you are planning to take the Vaporetto more often to go around you could directly buy a one-,two-, or three day ticket. Time: It will take you around 25 minutes to get to San Samuele Station. Other things to note Due to the Italian law we need to charge you 4€ per person and day extra. This money we have to pay to the city of Venice. We will collect it by the time of your arrival. Due to the law we can not include it to our room fee. Venice uses this money to keep the city clean, to keep the busses going, to take care of the plants etc. Every Tourist in every Hotel or B&B has to pay this fee. As well all Hotels and B&Bs do have to declare to the police who arrives to stay over night within 24hours after arrival. This is for your own securety in the city. So we will take a picture of your passport by arrival time. We are of cause not doing anything else with your data after. Thank you for your understanding!
