Summer dream house

DREAM HOUSE is a detached and private villa located in Ventalló, a quiet and charming town just over 5km from L'Escala, Costa Brava. The villa offers several relaxing amenities: private pool, tranquility of the area... The entire house is rented (private) and is not shared! Like the pool and the garden. In winter the house consists of two butane stoves. HUTG-027806 The space The villa consists of two floors and an outdoor area. On the ground floor we find the entrance, the kitchen-dining-living room, a suite with bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and another full bathroom. The second floor is like a separate chalet with an exterior staircase, which we open for 5 or more guests. There is a double bedroom, a small space with a double sofa bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Outside we have the garden, in the back is the private pool with exit through the double room on the ground floor, the barbecue and the dining space; in front there is a porch with a small table and two chairs; the garage and a ramp in case you want to leave the car inside the premises. There is no parking problem in the area, you can park in front of the house. In winter there are two butane stoves. If the butane runs out, the guest is responsible for going to the gas station to make the change and paying the amount of the cylinder. Guest access The private villa, SUMMER DREAM HOUSE, is rented in its entirety, both the exterior and interior areas. Remember that parties are not allowed and that rest hours must be respected. Other things to note The area is unparalleled and offers the advantages of the coast and the mountains at the same time. You can practice different sports such as kayaking, hiking, horseback riding or cycling, diving, sailing, kite surfing... In Catalonia there is a tourist tax. This fee is charged separately from the house price.
