Bushland Breeze - Self Contained Unit

Our Queenslander split level house is situated in the heart of Gladstone, backs onto bushland & less than 5 minutes from shops. We live upstairs, the lower half is your self-contained unit - kitchen/lounge, master bedroom, ensuite and 'Beach Room' (2nd bedroom). Please note, all 4 rooms are adjoining and there is no internal walkway around the ensuite when in use, other than from outside. The Beach Room boasts the bushland view and pool which will be for your exclusive use during your stay. The space Bushland Breeze is totally private with its own front and back doors and secluded back veranda, complete with sun loungers. Large driveway, ideal for vehicles with trailers & boats and an undercover space in the carport. The main living area and Beach Room have split system air-conditioners. Living area & both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The fully equipped kitchen includes fridge/freezer, microwave, free-standing hotplates, toaster, electric kettle, electric frying pan, air fryer & rice cooker. Other amenities include a 4 x burner BBQ with gas hotplate, board games, blankets, beach towels and Wi-Fi. The Beach Room sleeps up to four guests with two single beds & two trundle beds. Please note - bookings for two guests includes the master bed only. If you require the use of a single bed in the Beach Room, we are happy to organise this for a one off charge (not per night) of $20 for the extra linen/cleaning fee. Also applicable for use of any additional beds where required. Guest access Tea, coffee, sugar, cereal and milk are provided. Please note that there is access to the back of the unit without using the steps. One path is a little steep if mobility is an issue. Please feel free to request additional access photos. Other things to note We are husband & wife and have lived in lovely Gladstone since 2011. We live in the space upstairs with our two dogs which you might see at times in their secure run. Otherwise they will be inside with us. They might bark to say hi but are very friendly. They have never been inside Bushland Breeze, as we adhere to allergy-safe restrictions. Because of which, we are unable to host any other fur-babies. We are also a STRICTLY NON-SMOKING, NON-VAPING PROPERTY, inside and outside.
