Located just outside the historic market town of Ledbury, with its independent shops, cafes & restaurants. Relax and enjoy the private sunny terrace and take in the amazing panoramic views over cider apple orchards, the Frith Wood, down to Ledbury & beyond. Walk the many local footpaths or wander down the track to our local pub, The Farmers Arms. The space Our property is a small holding, originally an old sawmills, nestled in a hidden valley in the Malvern Hills area of outstanding natural beauty. Set in the countryside, Woodcutters barn, is a beautifully private, converted stable block, detached from our property and has its own private driveway for parking. It has been renovated to a very high standard, providing luxury accommodation. Boasting a tranquil setting, benefiting from spectacular sweeping views from every window with dark skies at night. Walk through large French doors to a home from home open plan living space with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Relax in the cozy lounge with a large comfy sofa and armchair, smart TV, DVD player and digital radio. Step up into the spacious comfortable bedroom with king sized bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers and storage box, containing the patio chair cushions. Everything you need for a comfortable, restful stay. Step up into the luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating, walk in shower, large vanity unit with lighted mirror above and electric shaving socket. Outside enjoy alfresco dining on the large sunny terrace/patio area with far reaching stunning views. There are multiple outdoor seating areas for you to enjoy the quiet, peaceful, rural location. Sit back, relax, read a book, listen to the birds or watch our animals. There is a charcoal BBQ for outside dining and steps down to a small gated back garden. Outside to the left is an attached undercover bicycle store suitable to charge electric bikes. With quiet country lanes, discover all the fantastic cycling and walking in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. Being centrally located in three counties why not enjoy a day out, there’s so many places to visit you will be spoilt for choice and definitely want to come back.
