La Collina is a beautiful large independent house with panoramic views and furnished in typical Tuscan country style. It is set over two floors and has an annexed building with a loggia equipped with barbecue, table and chairs to eat outdoors as well as ping pong and laundry rooms. The main house has: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, and a large living room. The large garden and the swimming pool are for your exclusive use. Situated on top of a hill and surrounded by hectares of olive groves and woods, from Montozzi you have breathtaking views of the Arno and Ambra rivers valleys as well as of the Chianti hills. It's the ideal place for a holiday immersed in unspoilt nature, where it's easy to go for long strolls or simply relax by the swimming pool or under the shadow of a tree - perhaps with a glass of one of our wines! The cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo are easily accessible from Montozzi.
