Pantokrator Sunside Studio, Amazing Sunsets

It's a comfortable studio away from crowds! Located exactly on mountain ⛰️, into the nature, in a relatively isolated spot of Strinilas, an almost remote, traditional village with the highest altitude in the island, in the foothills of Mountain Pantokrator, whice is the highest top of the island. In the front terrace guests can enjoy the sunset 🌄, with a panoramic view of the north coast of Corfu and Diapontia islands! From the garden you can enjoy the view of a valley 🌳and green mountains! The space It's an ideal accommodation for those looking for absolute tranquility in nature, away from crowds, noisy and tourist spots! The studio (42m²) 🏡consists of combined kitchen (fully equipped) and living room with a fireplace, and separated bedroom and bathroom (renovated). Also, there is a terrace which is separated by railings from main's house one. You have your own private space in front of the studio and to the left of the studio there is also for you a private terrace and garden. The place is unique for relaxing vacation and guests who look for contact with the nature, fresh breath and the callmness of countryside life. If you appreciate and long for simplicity, peace, quietness, slow rythm, nature sounds, perfect views (from the morning until the night -especially sunsets!) -this is your place!!!! 🙏 You will stay at the highest residential point of Corfu, Strinilas village (680m.) , a picturesque, absolutely peaceful, mountainous Corfiot village with just a few residents. Its little square, in the center of the village, is covered by the shadow of a huge age-old elm tree 🌳. You can find a traditional restaurant 🍽️🍻 with local corfiot, greek food, Tavern Oasis. It's worth visiting the historical monastery of ''Panagia ton dromon'' (The Virgin of the streets) ,(10 minutes from the studio by footpath), which takes us back 800 years B.C .It is one of the oldest on the island. On the 8th of Semptember a traditional festival takes place at the front yard of the temple. 5th-6th of August many people chant at the holy monastery of Pantokrator at the top of the mountain and a traditional festival with live folk music and dance 🎉 takes place in the center of the village. For those who love hiking 🏃there are paths to explore. (Right next to the studio starts a beautiful path, which reaches the top of Mount Pantokrator, in about 2 hours ,on foot. You will pass through beautiful meadows and you will see a wonderful view!) Also, it is an ideal place for those who love yoga practice 🧘, because of the peaceful location on green mountain, the excellent sunset view and the big and comfortable terrace! The nearest seasides 🏖️(Barbati, Ipsos, or, Acharavi,Roda) are approximately 20-25 minutes driving distance (8-12km). Mini market, bakery, traditional coffee shop (Asteras Cafe-Snack Bar) you can find in a nearby village Spartilas, which is 10minutes driving distance (5km). For further facilities (super markets, gas stations, shops, bars, swimming pools, bank, chemists, medical facilities etc) you can visit the center town of north Corfu, which is Acharavi, 20 minutes driving (10km). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and its private outdoor area (terraces, garden). Other things to note I recommend you to rent a car/motorbike 🚗🛵. There isn't public transport in the village. If you would like to use the fireplace it is necessary to let me know in advance. All the windows and the front door are equipped with mosquito screens. Due to the altitude of the area, usually air condition is not necessary. Despite this, a portable floor fan is provided in the house.
