Clean and spacious bedroom with en-suite bathroom

Our rooms for rent is right beside our house in a 1 hectare gated compound surrounded by various fruit and coconut trees. During summer, our mango trees bear fruits. Guest(s) can pick and eat the mangoes for free. Want fresh coconut juice? Will get it from one of the many coconut trees in the property and it's on us! (Subject to availability). The rooms have AC and private bathroom with hot shower. A dresser is in place for long-term guest(s). Hope you'll enjoy your stay with us! :) The space Rooms are bright and spacious. Our en suite bathroom is adequately sized and modern. Our rooms have screened windows and doors to prevent bugs from coming in. Make sure to bring bug spray and don't leave the doors & windows open during your stay. Turn off AC unit, TV and lights before leaving the room. Simple breakfast is provided: coffee/tea, jam and bread. Other breakfast requests are subject to availability and extra charges. Guest access We have a cabana near the house. Our guest can sit and enjoy the breeze anytime of the day. Other things to note We try to minimize waste, we strongly recommend to bring your own water canister or container that can be refilled with our purified water dispenser. Please segregate recyclables. WiFi is available in our property but connection is quite weak sometimes. You may experience blackout during your stay, electric supply shortages occurs in the whole province. We provide emergency lamps and rechargeable fan in case there is power outage. Pillows and mattress have linings or protectors beneath the pillow cases and fitted sheets. These are also changed and laundered after each guest. Room is cleaned weekly for long term guests. Children aged 6 and below have no extra person charge. We can arrange car and motorbike rental. Please book in advance to confirm availability.
