Procida apartment overlooking the sea

A stunning view from a light-flooded terrace on the island of Procida, unique to enjoy a seaside holiday. The space A modern, newly-renovated apartment that sleeps up to four people. There is a double bedroom and living area with double sofa bed and kitchenette, fridge and table and chairs. The bathroom is newly-fitted with a spacious shower. The living area boasts tinted windows leading to the magnificent terrace which faces onto the sea and where there is a table with chairs and a big umbrella. It's located on the first-floor. Smoking is permitted on the shared terrace. Guest access The whole apartment is available for private use. The terrace is not shared but the part of the terrace available for you is just the left side, just outside the apartment. The right side of the terrace is part of the property of the neighbor, a nice old woman. Other things to note Our apartment is equipped with complete bed linens and hair-dryer. Each guest will be provided with one face towel, one large towel and one toilet roll. NB: In case of personal items left in the accommodation, they will be kept for a maximum of 3 days. If shipping is required, this service will be charged at a cost of 10 euros plus delivery cost.
