Lighthouse cottage - Toward , Nr Dunoon , Argyll

A stunning former lighthouse keeper’s cottage, Lighthouse Point has the most amazing views of the lighthouse and dramatic sea views down the Clyde approach, past Bute, towards Arran. Situated at Toward Point in Argyll, this beautiful cottage offers a luxurious stay with views to die for. If you can be tempted away from gazing out of the south facing sunroom, watching the sea, yachts and other marine traffic, it is less than two minutes’ walk to the water. The space There you will generally find the seals lounging on the rocks and a number of ideal fishing spots. The accommodation at Toward Point is arranged on one level and there is one well-appointed bedroom with a king size bed (pillows and duvet are made From feathers ) and shower room. The lounge is a good size, as is the sunroom which leads from it. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus there’s a washing machine. Outside you’ll find a good size garden (only the rear garden is fully enclosed), with garden furniture for dining outside on balmy days. There is plenty of onsite parking. Two well behaved dogs are welcome Toward village is small, but is only 3 miles from the nearby village of Innellan with its pub/hotel and grocery shop and 7 miles from the town of Dunoon (with its connections to Glasgow and beyond); there is also an hourly bus service to the town almost immediately outside the cottage. You may park on the hard standing area and also on the driveway . Other things to note The front garden is not fully enclosed so dogs may escape if let out . The rear garden by the sun room is fully enclosed Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time . If you leave the cottage , you must take your dog/ dogs with you . Many thanks .
