My place is close to the airport, KCC Shopping Mall and Pasonanca Park, It has great views of the Sta Maria Elementary School and church ,popular restaurants and dining are mostly within walking distance such as The Village Food Town Hacienda de Palmeras, Greenfields Mano-Mano, La Gran ,Casa Maria, Myrna's Bakeshop, etc. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups such family wedding guests and school reunions. My space has all the modern and upmarket conveniences My guests has access to the rooftop terrace and 4th floor bar and entertatinment area which also has its own toilet, mini kitchen, refrigerator and microwave. We give our guests their privacy but we are just a phone call away if needed. The Sta Maria neighborhood is one of the most peaceful in Zamboanga. Within close proximity to the neighborhood is the Sta Maria Church, Elemementary School, Council Office and Police Station. It is well known for for local delicacies and native fruits which are being sold by small shops and street vendors. There is also a 24 hour convenience store at the ground floor. Tricycles and jeepneys are readily available at the doorsteps of the building or you can hire a private van and a driver . There is a free wifi, cable tv and and restaurant at the ground floor. Transport is very accessible and convenient.
