ENTIRE PRIVATE bedroom, lounge & ensuite

Separate part of family home. You will have full PRIVATE access to a large private lounge/living area with plenty of space to work or relax, a large bedroom with a queen bed & ensuite (shower & toilet) NO ACCESS TO kitchen, laundry or any other part of the main house. The space would suit a professional or couple, families are welcome however we offer a queen bed only. Undercover parking space available Please park on the right closest to the house as we access the garage from the left side. The space The space on offer is part of our private residence. Guests will only have access to a bedroom, ensuite, and a large loungeroom area (all private for guests only) The entire house has ducted heating and cooling (which is off when we aren't home) however guests have sole use of a split system for your own comfort (located in the loungeroom) Cereal and milk are provided for breakfast along with tea or coffee. Guest access You will have access only to a master bedroom (containing one queen sized bed) and a private ensuite. Access to a large private loungeroom. Any water needed will need to be collected from the ensuite sink. Please be respectful of our privacy of our part of the home as we will to you during your stay. We are available via air bnb for any questions or requests you may have. Please note there is no access to cooking facilities (there is a toaster, a microwave and a kettle). Breakfast on offer is cereal or muesli, unless you request differently on booking this is what will be provided. Also There is no wifi on the premises. Wifi is available at the local library or McDolalds if needed. If staying for more than 3 days you will find extra towels in the bathroom vanity for your convenience. If you need anything during your stay please feel free to contact us via air bnb to make a request or to ask questions. Other things to note Your area is completely private from our area and you are free to come and go as you need. There is no access to the main house kitchen or laundry. Water for the kettle and washing up will need to be done via the ensuite basin tap/sink Cereal and milk are provided for breakfast along with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Please respect our privacy and our area of the house as we will for you whilst you are our guest. Please do not request to 'see' the rest of the house as this is our private family home. Thankyou in advance You will hear general family noise and children playing etc but during your stay we will endeavour to keep it as quiet as possible.
