My brother and I moved to Paris years ago and decided to completely renovate our house in Venice and welcome our friends and guests to discover this beautiful city and approach Venice in a different way. This true and modern LOFT is a unique space of 130m² with more than 5 meters of ceiling height and original wooden beams including a mezzanine: 80m² of living / dining room and semi open kitchen, separate bathroom and 50m² of mezzanine with two sleeping areas. Private access from the "calle" (street) and also from the canal (water side access) so you can arrive either on foot or by boat. Imagine a boat that picks you up directly in your living room and takes you to the restaurant for dinner. One of the few apartments in Venice with direct access to the canal. On the ground floor - 80m² - you have a living / dining room with 2 glass doors overlooking the Madonna dell'Orto canal, a large dining table and a lounge area with two sofas and television, as well as two additional sofas and a piano which is not perfectly tuned because it is too old! ;-) Fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, American coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, Nespresso machine, washing machine and dryer and of course all kitchen and table utensils for cooking and dining . The bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 50 m² mezzanine with 2 queen beds of 160cm. No curtains. The two sleeping areas are separated by large wardrobes with plenty of space to store your belongings and suitcases. Guest access You have access to the house as a whole and you will have two sets of keys available. The space is perfect and recommended for a couple but is also suitable for two couples who are close friends or for two friends who wish to sleep in separate beds. Other things to note You will have unlimited high speed internet connection and satellite TV with Netflix. We do not accept children under 18 as the lounge doors open directly onto the canal. The windows facing north and south fill the apartment with a very beautiful natural light which allows our guests to wake up in the sweetness of the Venetian atmosphere.
