Artist’s Tranquil Retreat Beside the Sea

The house is situated in the heart of Cliftonville, within easy walking distance to the old town & main attractions. We are set within a Victorian townhouse which has been lovingly restored and offers four comfortable bedrooms, a large luxury bathroom with a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, as well as a seperate toilet & sink. There is a big open plan kitchen/ living area on the ground floor with a cosy woodburner for the colder months, as well as a seperate dining room that leads out to a yard. The space The house has been designed as a calm, tranquil space to retreat to and reclaim some time to slow down and relax in our santuary beside the sea. This could be curling up beside our woodburner with a book and glass of wine, or rising at dawn for an early morning walk and brisk sea swim. It is a peaceful space and not suitable as a party house. We have neighbours on both sides of the house with children. The house is not suitable for young children due to hard floors and plenty of stairs. Guest access Guests have sole private use of the whole house. Other things to note There is free parking on our street and all around.
