Just 5’ walking from the beach in one of Spain’s most iconic neighbourhoods, “El Cabanyal”, this unique fishermens’ house built in 1922 and recently refurbished is impeccably styled and equipped with modern amenities. On a sunny day, take a sunbathing session on the balcony. At night, enjoy outdoor dining in the spacious balcony or explore the trendy bars in the area for some fine tapas and red wine. The space Enter the house through the cozy kitchen decorated with traditional “Valencian tiles” and a dining table for six. Cooking is a pleasure with a full size hob, oven and other modern appliances such as a washing machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The kitchen is equipped with heating and a ceiling ventilator for the summer. At the rear of the main floor you will find a small bedroom with two individual beds and a bathroom with bathtub. The bedroom has a heating and a ceiling ventilator. The second floor is a stylish living room with air conditioning, a master en suite bedroom with air conditioning, a double bed, a small toilet and a lovely spacious balcony. The stairs to the second floor are a bit steep and narrow, not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
