Situated in South Northamptonshire, just two miles from the picturesque market town of Towcester. Toad Hall Sleeps 6 and is one of our largest cottages with 4 bedrooms. Formerly a threshing barn this fabulous two storey property contains 2 shower rooms, 1 ensuite bathroom and a large living/dining area. Toad Hall would suit a large family or two families wishing to holiday together. Please note the property only caters for 6 guests to include infants The space Outside there are communal courtyards which include seating areas and barbecue facilities, a large pond and paddock, that houses an abundance of wildlife, and an easily accessible network of public footpaths across surrounding farm land and countryside. We have quick and easy routes to us from both the M1 and M40, so finding us is uncomplicated and you don't need a 4x4 to visit!
