I offer you to stay in a chalet classified 3***, completely renovated with care and nestled in the heart of a 2500m² oak wood. Common areas and room equipped with reversible air conditioning. Accommodation perfectly suited to remote working, high-performance wifi. All modern comfort and warmth inside, a setting full of nature preserved outside. You will enjoy the entire private property, facing south, wooded and not overlooked. The space Lourde, known as "the little Nice of the Pyrenees", is a privileged place. The cottage has a beautiful wooden terrace, perfectly equipped (matching set table + 6 chairs + coffee table + 2 sun loungers + parasol) Quality furniture, fully equipped modern kitchen, fully tiled bathroom. Large window in the bathroom. Reversible heating/air conditioning... Unlimited free Wi-Fi, which can allow any remote work. On the ground floor: a large kitchen/dining area/living area and bathroom/toilet. Flat screen TV and mini radio system. In the kitchen: induction cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, chopper/blender, toaster and 3 coffee makers (Nespresso, Senseo, filter). A washing machine is housed in the bathroom. Iron and ironing table + clothes rack provided. The entire ground floor communicates directly with the terrace via its two openings: the double entrance door as well as a 2 m bay window. These two openings plus the two large side windows make the whole space bathed in light. Upstairs: an independent bedroom with a 140 double bed, then on the mezzanine a sofa bed also 140. Accommodation suitable for 4 adults. Possibility of an extra bed of 90, easily accommodated on the mezzanine. Warning: the staircase that leads to the mezzanine makes the presence of young children strongly discouraged. Conversely, a "niche" in the mezzanine can perfectly accommodate a baby bed (not provided), or act as a "desk" corner. Outside, you have a garden set (table + 4 chairs + 2 sun loungers) as well as a charcoal barbecue. Cleaning products provided, shampoo and shower gel, basic kitchen products as well as charcoal to facilitate your settling into the chalet. Bed linens and towels are provided. At your disposal are: walking sticks, as well as books and board games. The entire cottage is non-smoking, but the terrace, largely sheltered, is equipped with ashtrays. Pets are not allowed in the chalet. This accommodation is in no way suitable for any "festive project", in order to preserve the calm of the site and the quality of the equipment provided. Guest access You have the entire property and cottage. Other things to note A book for guests is available in the chalet, with all practical and useful information. - Supplement of €15 per night if 5th occupant.
