Typical 16th-century farmhouse. Surrounded by centuries-old vineyards, olive groves and wheat fields. It is in Cocciano (Guardea TR) on the ancient Roman road to Todi. The furniture is mainly Arte Povera. If you are coming from the A1 north, exit at Orvieto, from the south exit at Attigliano. By train, take the regional Rome-Florence if coming from the south, Florence-Rome if coming from the north. The nearest station is Alviano. The room has a queen-size bed upstairs and a single bed downstairs. Also ideal for 3 beds. The space The farmhouse provides customers with all the outdoor space of the property, the kitchen, the dining room, the booked room(s), the upstairs bathroom, the laundry room and the hallways. It is on two levels, so to access the rooms and the bathroom you have to go up to the first floor. The stairs are located both outside and inside. It has outdoor parking and you can temporarily park your car in front of the entrance to unload luggage and anything else. Guest access For the rooms, you can access from two external entrances, one is located on the first floor with an external staircase, another from the ground floor with an internal staircase. The reserved rooms and the upstairs bathroom are for the exclusive use of the customer, the kitchen, the dining room and the hallways, the laundry room and all the outdoor space of the property are shared, the living room and the bathroom downstairs are accessible only with the permission of the Host. During your stay I will always be available if you need anything. If I am not, there will be a person I trust who will take my place. Other things to note This is a country house. You have to have a country spirit and be a nature lover. It is not suitable for sophisticated and very demanding people. Kindness and sociability are never too much.
