"The White House" in Alburquerque Bohol

Lovely, big house with swimming pool, big terraces and large garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples/families who want to relax. The std rate is for max 7 persons, but we will allow 10 (ask price). Quiet area. The house is located in Alburquerque about 15 min (13 km) from Tagbilaran City. The plot borders the sea! Built 2012. 30 minutes from Panglao/Alona/Airport and close to all Bohol's touristspots. 3 bedrooms with A/C, 3 bathrooms with shower (2 with HOT water). 220 sqm. Very clean pool. Welcome! The space YOUR OWN PRIVATE "RESORT" - big house, big pool, big garden all surrounded with a nice fence. FREE pickup from Tagbilaran pier/Panglao airport if your stay is 4 nights or more. You can use the whole house. We have caretakers (family of 4) who take care of our house. They use 1 bedroom at 1st floor. They can be helpful with cooking for a small fee of 100 pesos pr meal (pay directly cash). They speak English, Tagalog and Visayan. We have generator - if "brownout" beyond our control we will run the generator 3 hours a day - if you want more generator-hours, we charge 300 pesos pr hour use. The house is well located for visiting all the tourist attractions of Bohol. Just 45 minutes to Chocolate Hills and Hot Air Balloon, 20 minutes to Loboc (Adventure Park, zipline, Tarsier ++), 5 minutes to Loay (floating restaurants, fireflies ++) and walking distance to Python Sanctuary. Boat trips (Island hopping) incl dolphin-watcing from Baclayon (8 minutes from the house) or Alona Beach, Panglao (30 min from the house). Ask me if you want me to book. We now have a brand new Toyota Avansa for rent. Our caretaker Ruel will be the driver/guide. Pricelist you will find in the house. Our new house (at the same lot) is now rented out to a friendly, philippine family. They will use the same main entrnace gate, but they will never enter the area of the big house (garden, house, pool) while you stay there. Guest access You can use the whole house - except 2 bedroom on 1st floor (caretaker-family uses it), the pool and the garden. If you are 8-10 guests, you can use 1 of the bedrooms downstairs, but this room has no A/C (only fan). Other things to note 15 minutes to Tagbilaran City. Local busses only 50 meters from the door. We now have a Toyota Avansa (7 seater) for rent in our house. Pricelist in the living room. Our caretaker Ruel will be the driver/guide. Buy food in Malls in Tagbilaran City - or at local market (700 meters from house) or in SariSari stores (close to house, limited selection of food). Use our gas-cooker, oven and/or microwave in the kitchen, or ask our caretaker-family to help you with some cooking.
