Additional building use is subject to an additional person based on an additional fee. When the number of users is 6 people, the main building is given to use; the additional building will not be opened for use. The annex has a double bed (with A/C) and ensuite bathroom. SLEEPS : 2 PERSONS TOTAL CAPACITY: 6+2 = 8 people The annex building is poor or limited service is provided as it is far from the main building. Guest main building (1st Floor bedroom (except storage of personal belongings) and all areas in the annex building can be used only by himself. PARKING ZONE : They can park their vehicles in the private parking lot in the garden. CHICKEN REGION : It can get eggs from chicken coop. Enjoy the eggs of organic, roaming and specially fed chickens. VEGETABLE REGION : They can buy vegetables from the vegetable garden, enjoy your meal. From vegetable gardening to fine breakfast and food products according to the season, guests benefit in moderation with daily use. GARDEN AREA : Guests such as almonds, fruits, etc. benefit from the seasonal products of garden trees in a measured way with daily use. The landlord reserves the right to use them. Guest access On the upper 1st floor, there are special items in the locked private storage room of the host. This area is closed to guests. Apart from this private warehouse, guests benefit from the entire Villa Antalya (main building and annex) only. The additional building is not left to the use of anyone other than the guest apart from the main building. The landlord or his representative reserves the right to sue here. The upstairs study room and laundry-iron room are available for guests to use. After reading the book, please put it back where you bought it. In the spring period - if requested- the fuel for the fireplace and the floor heating is charged separately in accordance with the duration of stay; the fee is added to the rental fee with a special offer. If the fee is not paid, wood and diesel are not supplied; heating service is not provided with heating and fireplace. Electric heating is included in the fee. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a clothes rack. It is in the necessary material for laundry. You can also find the iron and ironing board in the same place. There is spare toilet paper and paper towels in the closet in the laundry room. In the cabinets in the hall on the 1st floor, you can find spare sheets, pillowcases, bicycles. Parties, organizations and events (promises, engagements and marriages, birthdays, etc.) to be attended by all kinds of house guests are prohibited. The use of the entire villa is reserved only for our renting guest. It is not possible to use others other than the designated number and the persons whose identities the Lessor declares. If there are a total of 6 guests or if the additional building is not rented separately, the additional building will not be available to the guest. Additional building use is subject to an adapted fee per person. The fee is person-based in the Airbnb system. In the entire villa, it is not possible for another guest to stay in the villa and use it partially. If the additional building is not available to the guest, the host or his/her representative reserves the right to use it. The annex cannot be used by any other guest except this one. If the landlord or his representative uses Villa Antalya, he does not use the pool and the patio area of the main building in the direction of the pool. The host reserves the right to enjoy the garden and the eggs of the chickens. The pool is maintained by the person in charge of approximately one hour between 9am and 12pm on the day. Garden maintenance and irrigation is done daily from 7.00-9.00 and 18.00-20.00 in the morning. Pending chickens at the same time and once a poultry house is cleaned per week.
