"Papaya 1" House, La Palma

A cot and high chair upon request. Pets up to 15 kg (on request) The space The house "Papaya 1" belongs next to "Casa Papaya 2", and "Casa Maracuya" to our mimada "Finca Suculenta". It is a fully renovated old house of approximately 200 years, only 350m above sea level. On the same estate, in a separate house, we live with our dog Fito and our loving cats which sure will make you a visit (Eye allergies!). It has a separate and private entrance as well as its outdoor areas. It has all kinds of accessories such as island information, toys, yoga mat and beach towels (upon request), books, board games, and a CD player with radio, Bluetooth / USB and a large collection of CDs. Also, WIFI, SMART TV and heating for the days that can lower the temperatures a little. The house is distributed on several floors (bedroom with a single bed (0.90mx2.00m) and a double bed (1.60mx2.00m) for 3 people and the bathroom in the lower part, accessing by a staircase you reach the first floor where we have the kitchen-dining room with the corner of relaxation and from ahi you can access by another staircase to the highest part where the beautiful wooden gallery with a double bed (1.40mx2.00m) and the corner TV with access to the semi-riped terrace) The kitchen (with table and five chairs) is perfectly equipped with everything you need and has a relaxing corner with an electric fireplace (with fire effect without being heated). The bedroom has a closet and a large mirror. Both the bedroom and bathroom have doors with mosquito nets for proper ventilation of the rooms and ensure the perfect temperature to sleep in both winter and summer. The bathroom has a shower, large mirror and hairdryer. The partially covered and gated terrace with beautiful mountain and ocean views, is perfect for sunny breakfasts. It has a cozy, roofed corner with table, bench and chairs and also 2 sunbeds for sunbathing and a small mobile barbecue. The "Casa Papaya 1" (about 70m2, and aside the large partially covered terrace) is perfect for large families! If you are lucky with the weather, you can see from it, the neighboring Islas Tenerife and La Gomera. In combination with "Casa Papaya 2" (also listed on AIRBNB), (of about 55m2 plus a large terrace and private garden), which is located in the same building, has capacity for a total of 9 people (children under 12 stay for free), so it is perfect if grandparents or friends also come on vacation... each have their own casita but you stay in the same building.The two units are separated by exterior doors to ensure total privacy. The washing machine can be used for free and there are covered tendederas. Towels, bed linens, carpets and kitchen cloths can be exchanged for clean clothes as many times as they want during their stay, just let me know. The price does not include toilet paper or garbage bags for the stay, but the essentials will be provided for the day of arrival. There is also a small outdoor area with jardin, where you can harvest aromatic herbs. Your pets are very welcome (please take note of the regulations.) as long as the home is treated with respect and care. Guest access The outdoor areas of Papaya 1 are totally private.
