Near to - 4 KM from DLF, MIOT, SRMC hospital. Airport on route 1 8KM and route 2 is 12KM. The space FriendlyStay at Madhanandapuram- It is a 3 BHK apartment with one bed room in the Ground Floor and 2 other bedrooms in the first floor (Lift not available) and the room description is about one of the room that you are looking for stay. The Bedroom mentioned here is private for guest which has an attached bathroom. The queen sized bed can accommodate 2 adults. The bathroom is fitted with Geyser to provide hot water and provisioned with free toiletries (Shower Gel & Hand Wash). Fresh/washed towels & bedding provided and are changed regularly (Once the guests check out or a guest staying for 3 days in the same room). The facility is provisioned with a kitchen which is shared between guests. It has all basic utensils for preparing food by the guest themselves. For guests intending to have home food, can contact our food vendor (subject to cook's availability) which is chargeable. Guest can also order food through Swiggy or Zomato. However, restaurants are also available nearby which can be also a good option (1-3 KM radius). Grocery stores and eateries are available at a walkable distance (10 min). Guests have access to common areas that include Living Room (Hall), Dinning and Kitchen. The common area can be used by guests residing in the property, upcoming guests (waiting till their room is ready), caretakers and owner to take care of the property. Common amenities include Sofa, Fridge, Washing Machine, Wi-Fi etc… Basic toiletries (Towel & Dental Kit) are kept in each room & Power Backup available for short power cuts (4-6 hrs). Heavy electrical items will not function during power cuts and our locality is likely to have minimal power cuts. RO or water can (20 liter can) available in the kitchen for drinking/cooking purpose. TV is fitted in each bedroom. Iron box available on request and free of cost. Scooter available on rent (Subject to availability). AIRPORT transfer available and chargeable. Nearest bus station is around 15 minutes by walk, Taxi’s & Auto’s run by OLA, UBER and Fast Track are available from the entrance of the property. Alandur Metro station is about 20 minute’s drive. Guest access It is a residential area surrounded with houses. Away from the noise of vehicles etc..A quiet and safe place to stay. Guests have access to the common areas within the property. Living Room/Hall, Kitchen, Dinning, Parking and Terrace are common to all guests. Kitchen has all required utensils, Fridge, Mixer for guest to prepare their own food. Grocery to be purchased by guest. SMOKING not allowed inside the house. Our house is located in the southern part of the Chennai city. It is nearly 6 -7 KM away from the airport and a very safe place to stay. It is near to MIOT and SRI RAMACHANDRA hospitals. Shopping malls and Restaurants are available at a distance of 1-3 KM. Marina beach would be 20 KM away. DLF IT Park and Chennai Trade Center are at a distance of 3-5 KM. Places like T-Nagar, Guindy, other Shopping Malls are accessible within 1-12 KM's. Nearest Metro station is at Alandur. Parking available in the property. While street parking is available, it is advisable to use the parking within the property. We stay nearby and should be available at the property on prior intimation. Guests have the provision for self check in at the property Other things to note We the host do not stay in the property. However, if guest need anything we will do our best either though a phone call or will be available in the property at the earliest (Normally, it will take 5-10 min for us to reach the property). A Digital Lock is provisioned in the property for guests to self check-in. Instructions will be provided before arrival
