Villa/Pool

Toulouse, 10 km from the city center at the gates of the Gers, in a small affluent residence of 5 houses and fully secured, you will discover this small house of 95m2 with living room/living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large outdoor space, very pleasant with a beautiful very original swimming pool, quiet and out of sight. Other things to note Only holidaymakers will be accommodated and in no case people living in Toulouse. There is no need to request a reservation for more than 4 people or to have any kind of party, as the tranquility of this small residence does not lend itself to this. During the summer period (July/August), reservations will not be for a weekend but only for full weeks. For the September period, the rental will be for at least full weekends. For single-night bookings, only 2 people and 1 room will be booked. A one-night surcharge will apply if the second bedroom is used, which is not the case beyond one night. The pool is an infinity pool and causes exorbitant water consumption if children spend the day doing cannonballs and dives. It can easily go up to 2 cubic meters per day. There is an eco-responsibility to be met. In view of the space, animals are allowed under certain conditions (mini size and breed).
