It is about 20 minutes ride from the new Bicol International airport and is located near BRTTH (regional hospital), DOH Reg Office, Bicol University, Camp Simeon Ola, Legazpi City Convention Center, Ligñon Hill, Albay Wildlife, and Rizal St where transportation going to Legazpi City and any point in Albay is very accessible. The space The room is located at the second floor of a newly renovated house, which has its own entrance. The room is furnished with the following: 1 Double bed Single-sized folding bed with mattress for each extra guest Aircon TV with Netflix Rechargeable fan with lamp Table and chair Closet Private restroom with hot/cold shower Purified drinking water, coffee, basic utensils, microwave oven, oven toaster, induction cooker, rice cooker, electric kettle, and ref are provided in the pantry. For confirmed bookings, please provide name of guests and copy of ID of lead guest at least 2 days before travel. Wifi access to be provided upon check in. Other things to note NOTE: Partying/ drinking of hard drinks are not allowed in the room and common areas.
