This cozy studio is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Its conveniently near Tagaytay's many restaurants and attractions. It offers a picturesque view of the amenities and the place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and small groups (Max occupancy is 4 including children/infants). The unit has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. Parking and the use of the amenities are not included in the rate. The space This de luxe studio end unit (20.64 sqm) is at the 12th floor of Tower 2 Unit 1239 (the tower with Ace Hardware and BDO) of the SMDC Wind Residences Complex which ensures a safe and secure resort-condominium environment for guests. Guest access Guests can access the Club House and amenities for a minimal fee as charged by Greenmist Property Management. Please settle payment at the Property Management Office, located at the LG of Tower 2, before visiting the Club House. During holidays, the Office is closed but Ms. Beth, my caretaker, will be glad to assist you. Other things to note Pay parking is available, updated rates will be posted soon.
