A mid-Victorian, stone-built house of great charm and character, offering "homestay B&B" for our discerning guests. We provide friendly, traditional Scottish hospitality with the personal touch. Carlton is located in the residential coastal town of West Kilbride, a stone's throw from Seamill Hydro Hotel, and Seamill's picturesque, sandy beach. In the annual Scottish Hospitality Awards, Carlton Seamill B&B has twice been voted Winner in the category "Scottish B&B of the Year". The space A good-sized twin bedroom, sharing the nearby guest-bathroom. Furnished with attractive antique furniture. It is east-facing, looking inland to Seamill and Tarbet Hill. Very comfortable, charming and well-appointed – though not benefiting from a sea-view. The room contains two standard single beds. Working Victorian window-shutters and a pretty "Arts & Crafts" fireplace are special features of this fine period bedroom. There is STRICTLY NO SMOKING throughout the house.
